- Our Terms of Use require individual dispute resolution, waiver of jury trials, and binding arbitration. If you disagree, do not participate in the Service.
- 3. Providing Telephone Numbers and Duty to Notify:
- You verify the mobile number provided is accurate and that you are the owner or subscriber. Notify us of any changes to your contact information via support@mycontainerrental.com.
- 4. Consent to Receive Automated Texts:
- By providing your number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us regarding our products, services, offers, promotions, and transactions. Consent is not required for purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
- 5. Opt-Out Instructions:
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message, email support@mycontainerrental.com, or text HELP for assistance. You will receive a final confirmation text.
- 6. Indemnification:
- You agree to indemnify us for any claims, including those under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act or state laws, arising from your provision of a non-owned number or failure to update your number.
- 7. Participation Requirements:
- Participants must be 18 or older, have a two-way messaging wireless device, a participating carrier, and a text messaging service. Check your phone capabilities and carrier participation.
- 8. Miscellaneous:
- You represent you have the authority to agree to these Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited as necessary, and the remainder will remain in effect. We may change this Agreement and will notify you of updates. Your continued participation indicates acceptance of the modified Agreement.
